Gonna add my opinion in a new post ^^
To be frank, I do think this is Disney's perfect movie. Everything is perfect, from animation to songs to characters. It's not my favourite, but I'm sure most of us can see why it was nominated for Best Picture (the first animated movie to do so). Belle is my favourite Disney Princess by far, with Ariel coming in at a close second, but I've always related to Belle the most ^^

This is definitely one of Disney's best movies. The story itself is enchanting, along with the characters, animation and music. It's overall a fabulous movie.
The Beast's curse is so amazing and tragic, and I find it so sad that he has no hope of being human again. But then when Belle comes into the picture he starts seeing himself as worth something again, and his love for her is amazing. I love that he gives her a library, and that she's teaching him how to behave properly. Their relationship gives me fuzzy feels. They're so adorable together.
I also love that all the servants became amusing household items. Chip is the cutest thing ever, and Lumiere is such a charmer. Haha! Great characters!
I also love Belle as a character. I love that she is technically this average girl who loves books, who will support her father no matter what, and who isn't looking for love, but finds it in such an unexpected place. Also her design is beautiful, and I especially love her yellow ball dress. Absolutely gorgeous!
Gaston is freaking hilarious in my eyes. He's a great villain too, but he amuses me to no end. His song, "Gaston" is awesome! And I love how full of himself he is and how he is kind of stupid (doesn't read books unless they're loaded with pictures lol). Overall he's a great meanie beanie character.
The music is wonderful! I love all the music! I love the song, "Something There", because that's finally when Belle begins seeing him as more than a beast, and although he is very unsure of himself, he's falling in love with her too. Although I don't think they're completely sure of their feelings until the song "Beauty and the Beast (Tale as Old as Time)". The music is absolutely beautiful.
The animation is fabulous! The character designs are lovely and so is the scenery. I love the design of the Beast's castle. Absolutely wonderful.
Yes, this movie definitely gets 2 thumbs up from me. It's one of my favourite princess movies, and Belle is definitely one of my favourite princesses. Whoever hasn't seen this, definitely should.

I think it's one of those Disney films that nearly everyone has seen. There's so many aspects to this movie that I love, but Gaston as a villain surprises me. He didn't start out as a villain, he was the town's 'hero' almost. It was a developed hatred that was made up of him not getting Belle. I find that interesting ^^
Also, the song from the musical 'Human Again' got onto the special edition of the film, and it's one of the best actually! If you haven't heard that song before, go check it out ^^
