Wreck-It Ralph is a 2012 American 3D computer-animated action comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the 52nd animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series. The film features the voices of John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch.
Plot:
Ralph is the villain in an arcade game called "Fix It Felix Jr.". Being unhappy with his situation, he rebels as a villain in hopes of becoming a hero. He befriends Vanellope von Schweetz, a young racer with a glitch, and ultimately must defeat a dire threat that could affect the entire arcade. A threat that he may or may not have started.

It took me a while to watch this, but when I did I fell in love. In fact, I loved it so much that I re-watched it only 2 weeks after watching it the first time.
I feel like Disney made a smart move by releasing this film when they did. Gaming is such a big part of our lives now, it's unreal. Just last week I heard of an 8 year old with an iPod. I did not have one of those as a kid.
However, I'm not saying that gaming is bad because it's a very good thing. It inspired this wonderful film, and even though this movie deals with retro gaming, people nowadays can still relate to things.
The characters are brilliant and relatable, the story is exciting and flows so nicely and the plot is BAM! This movie has actually become one of my favourites, which I did not expect to happen as I didn't have high hopes for this one. However, I am glad to say I was wrong and it was not a disappointment.
